耗散结构视角下体质测定与运动健身指导站发展路径研究

摘　　要：为探究国内各级体质测定与运动健身指导站的可持续发展路径,通过文献资料法、逻辑思维法等研究方法,在分析目前国内各级指导站发展现状的基础上,基于耗散结构理论,构建了指导站发展路径模型。研究发现,指导站的发展符合耗散结构的理论:保持开放性是指导站耗散结构持续发展的前提,远离平衡态是指导站耗散结构发展的必要条件,指导站系统内部各要素之间的非线性相互关系是指导站耗散结构发展的内在机制,指导站系统持续向前发展需要外部环境的适当干预。最后得出结论,指导站的发展需要政府加大扶持力度,加强宣传,加快基础研究及其成果的转化,引入市场化机制,注重人才的培养等,并构建出指导站可持续发展的发展模型。In order to explore the sustainable development path of guidance stations for physique determining and sport fitness at all levels in China,through the research methods of literature and logical thinking,based on the analysis of the current development status of guidance stations at all levels in China,and the model of the development path of guidance stations is constructed based on the theory of dissipative structure.It is found that the development of guidance stations conforms to the theory of dissipative structure:maintaining openness is the premise for the sustainable development of the dissipative structure of the guidance station,staying away from the equilibrium state is the necessary condition for the development of the dissipative structure of the guidance station,the nonlinear interrelationship among elements in the guidance station system is the internal mechanism of the development of the dissipative structure of the guidance station,and the sustainable development of the guidance station system requires the appropriate intervention of the external environment.Finally,it is concluded that the development of guidance stations needs the government to increase support,strengthen publicity,speed up the transformation of basic research and its achievements,introduce market-oriented mechanism,pay attention to the cultivation of talents,and build a development model for the sustainable development of the guidance station.
