摘　　要：涂料中的总挥发性有机化合物(TVOC)是造成室内空气污染的重要因素之一,当前多采用环境舱法测定TVOC释放量,该方法实验周期长、设备昂贵且测试结果再现性差。本研究使用薄膜气袋法代替环境舱法对样品试板进行检测,通过对气袋材料、采样时间、采样温度等条件的选择,建立了气袋法-热解析气相色谱法测定涂料中TVOC释放量的方法。制备15种VOC物质的标准吸附管,以甲苯为例,在质量范围0.05~20μg内,组分质量与色谱峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.998),检出限为0.008 mg/m^(3)。同一人员每个样品2次平行测定的相对偏差≤2.1%,人员间相对偏差<7.1%。该方法所需设备简单,操作便捷、重复性好、再现性高,满足对涂料及相关材料中TVOC释放量的检测。Currently,the chamber method is commonly used to measure total volatile organic compounds(TVOC)released from coating,which has a long experimental period,expensive equipment and poor reproducibility of test results.This research estab-lished sampling bag-thermal desorption-gas chromatography method for the determination of TVOC in coatings.By studying dif-ferent material of sampling bag,the influence of the sampling time and ambient temperature,the paint enriched with Tenax tube and analyzed by thermal desorption-gas chromatography.The sample pretreatment conditions and analysis conditions were determined.The standard adsorption tubes of 15 kinds of VOC substances were prepared.Taking toluene as an example,the linear relationship between component mass and chromatographic peak area was good(r=0.998)in the mass range of 0.05-20μg,and the detection limits of methylbenzene was 0.008 mg/m^(3).The relative deviation of two parallel determinations for each sample of the same person was not more than 2.1%.The maximum relative deviation among 3 laboratories was less than 7.1%.This method has the advantages of simple equipment,convenient operation,good repeatability,and high reproducibility,which is suitable for testing TVOC in coatings and related materials.
