摘  要:针对配电网接地故障转移技术无法灵活调控系统零序电压,及基于电力电子器件的有源消弧技术精确控制实现复杂、实施条件较严苛的问题,提出配电网相电源馈入中性点的接地故障相主动降压消弧方法。基于中压电网单相电压调控不影响线电压的特性,由接地变压器二次侧提取系统固有线电压相量,对电源电势进行相序重组,通过注入变压器升压反馈输入至配电网中性点,并调节注入变压器变比调控故障相电压,降低故障相电压至接地故障点燃弧电压以下,实现接地故障主动降压消弧;进一步对比分析了接地变压器二次侧非全相反馈输入与配电网接地故障持续期间,系统内各序分量的变化规律,分析了电源电势反馈机制对配电网运行的影响,并研发了相电源馈入中性点的接地故障相主动降压消弧成套装置。在PSCAD/EMTDC仿真环境与真实的10kV配电网实验场中模拟各种运行和故障工况,对所提主动降压消弧方法的效果及序分量特性进行了验证与测试。仿真与实验测试结果表明,相电源馈入型消弧装置能够主动抑制故障点电压,消除接地故障残流,实现接地故障的快速、可靠消弧。In view of the problems that the zero sequence voltage can not be flexibly regulated and controlled by the ground fault transfer technology of distribution network,and the contradiction between reliability and economy by using the active arc suppression technology of power electronic devices,the active step-down arc suppression method of ground fault phase based on power supply potential feedback is proposed.By injecting the transformer feedback input corresponding power potential line voltage to the distribution network neutral point and adjusting the injection transformer transformation ratio,the fault phase voltage is regulated,the fault phase voltage below the ignition arc voltage of the grounding fault is reduced,and the arc can be effectively extinguished.The variation law of each sequence component in the system is further compared and analyzed,and a complete set of grounding fault phase active step-down arc suppression device fed by phase power supply into neutral point is developed.Various operation and fault conditions are simulated in PSCAD/EMTDC and real 10kV distribution network experimental field,indicating that the method can realize the reliable arc suppression of grounding fault.
