摘 要:热解废水成分复杂、难降解,常规处理方法流程复杂且处理能力有限,因此,研究热解废水协同半焦清洁高效燃烧技术具有重要意义。在0.5MW循环流化床试验平台上开展热解废水从不同位置喷入的试验,探究热解废水的加入对半焦的燃烧和NO_(x)排放特性的影响。结果表明:常规燃烧状态下,在后燃室喷入20L/h热解废水时,NO_(x)原始排放浓度为6.7mg/m^(3),降低了93.2%。后燃状态下,在炉膛和后燃室中分别喷入20L/h热解废水时,NO_(x)排放分别为85.7和50.0mg/m^(3),分别增加了12.5%和降低了34.1%。热解废水喷入位置可以综合反应温度、气氛和混合均匀性等因素,通过对喷入位置的优化可以使热解废水与半焦协同处理技术在去除热解废水中挥发酚的同时控制NO_(x)排放。Pyrolytic wastewater which has complex components is difficult to degrade,and the process of conventional treatment methods is complex and the treatment capacity is limited.Therefore,this paper explores the clean and efficient combustion technology of pyrolytic wastewater with semi-coke.Experiments are carried out in 0.5MW circulating fluidized bed(CFB)test platform;the influence of the addition of pyrolytic wastewater on semi-coke combustion and NO_(x)emission characteristics are explored.The results show that:in conventional combustion conditions,the original NO_(x)emission concentration is 6.7 mg/m^(3),which decreases by 93.2%when 20L/h pyrolytic wastewater is injected into the post-combustion chamber.In post-combustion conditions,the original NO_(x)emission concentrations are 85.7mg/m3 and 50.0mg/m^(3),which increase by 12.5%and 34.1%when 20L/h pyrolytic wastewater is injected into the furnace and post-combustion chamber,respectively.The injection location of wastewater can be integrated with reaction temperature,atmosphere,mixing uniformity and other factors.By optimizing the injection location,the collaborative treatment technology of pyrolytic wastewater and semi-coke can control NO_(x)emission while removing volatile phenols in pyrolytic wastewater.
