摘  要:短路发生时,特高压换流变压器绕组受到较大的电磁力作用,可能会导致绕组变形损坏,甚至会发生燃爆等严重后果,因此需研究绕组受到短路力时的特性,为绕组受力稳定性分析提供依据,进一步判断绕组设计是否满足要求。根据绕组结构特点,该文将阀侧绕组、网侧绕组、调压绕组等效为具有不同弹性系数的弹簧系统,建立绕组受力动稳定特性分析模型,并结合实物线圈压力实验,分析获得绕组受冲击力和静压力的特性。结果表明:绕组受动态冲击力时上端部垫块压缩量最大,极短时间达到压缩极限后向上反弹,经过数次波动线圈能够恢复原有尺寸。绕组受静压力时,线圈受力分布均匀,压缩量与静压力呈现线性关系。因此,在设计范围内,所提结构的特高压换流变压器绕组受力动稳定性满足要求。When a short circuit occurs,the winding of UHV converter transformer is subjected to a large electromagnetic force,which may lead to deformation and damage of the winding,and even explosion.Therefore,it is necessary to study the characteristics of the winding when it is subjected to short-circuit force,which provides a basis for the analysis of the stress stability of the winding and further judgement for whether the winding design meets the requirements.According to the characteristics of winding structure,the valve winding,the grid winding and the voltage regulating winding are equivalent to spring systems with different elastic coefficients,and an analysis model of the dynamic stability characteristics of the winding under force is established.Combined with the actual coil pressure experiment,the characteristics of the winding under impact force and static pressure are analyzed.The results show that,when the winding is subjected to dynamic impact force,the compression amount of the upper cushion block is the largest,and it bounces upward after reaching the compression limit in a very short time.After several fluctuations,the coil can recover its original size.When the winding is subjected to static pressure,the force distribution of the coil is uniform,and the compression is linearly related to the static pressure.Within this structure design,the dynamic stability of UHV converter transformer windings can meet the requirements.
