摘  要:国外某钢铁厂的140t/h干熄焦炉,由于长时间超负荷生产,干熄焦炉环形风道内墙体严重鼓凸并产生一处约10m^(2)的破洞,导致紧急停炉维修。将墙体破洞修复之后,用耐热不锈钢带绕内墙体整体打箍,并在环形风道内外墙之间用耐火材料浇注C型支撑,该干熄焦炉复产产量长时间维持在设计产能的90%以上,连续使用长达13个月。A 140 t/h CDQ in an oversea steel plant has been running overload for a long time and the wall inside the ring duct of CDQ chamber was seriously bulged and a hole about 10 m^(2) emerged,which led to an emergency shutdown of the chamber for maintenance.After repairing the hole,heat-resistant stainless steel band is used to wind around the ring as one piece,and castables is grouted between the inner and outer walls of the ring duct to form a C-shape support.The CDQ chamber after resumption could maintain more than 90% of its design capacity for up to 13 months continuously.
