利用饱和器系统消纳焦炉烟气脱硫脱硝副产物的研究与实践

摘　　要：焦炉烟气净化采用湿法脱硫脱硝工艺,其副产物硫酸铵母液被送至饱和器工段母液贮槽,经喷淋式饱和器系统消纳与生产平衡最终产出硫酸铵产品。但脱硫脱硝后的硫酸铵母液对饱和器系统的生产有一定影响,故合理处置与稳定饱和器生产尤为重要。Wet type DeSO_(x)&DeNO_(x) process is adopted in coke oven flue gas purification,and its byproduct ammonium sulfate mother liquor is delivered to the mother liquor storage tank of the saturator unit,and finally the ammonium sulfate product is produced after the treatment of the spray saturator and equilibrating with the existing production.However,the ammonium sulfate mother liquor after DeSO_(x)&DeNO_(x) has a certain impact on the production of the saturator system,therefore rationally operating and stabilizing the saturator system plays an importa nt role in the production.
