摘　　要：体外冲击波疗法(ESWT)在临床多个学科中已得到了广泛应用。然而由于ESWT存在临床应用不规范、治疗关键技术不一致、治疗方案不统一、培训体系不健全等问题,制约了ESWT的进一步推广应用。本共识涵盖了ESWT基本理论、基本知识和基本技能,系统地介绍了ESWT在常见慢性疼痛和非疼痛性疾病治疗中的应用,特别阐述了ESWT与其他疗法的联合应用以及ESWT从业者的认证培训,旨在为ESWT规范化推广应用提供指导意见。Extracorporeal shock wave therapy(ESWT)has been widely used in many clinical disciplines.Because the clinical applications of ESWT are not standardized,the key treatment technologies not consistent,the treatment scheme not unified as well as the training system not perfect,the further promotion and application of ESWT are restrict.This consensus covers the basic theories,knowledge and skills of ESWT,and systematically introduces the applications of ESWT in the treatment of common chronic pain and non-pain diseases,especially the combination of ESWT with other therapies,as well as the certification training of ESWT,to provide a guidance for the standardized promotion and application of ESWT.
