摘　　要：幻肢痛属于神经病理性疼痛范畴,虽然临床上有较多的治疗方法,但缺乏特异性的有效治疗方法。而脊髓电刺激在幻肢痛的应用,国内文献报道较少。本文报道1例短时程脊髓电刺激治疗幻肢痛患者的诊疗经过,通过复习相关文献,总结脊髓电刺激治疗幻肢痛的经验。Phantom pain is classified as a neuropathic pain,and lacks specific and effective treatment methods,although there have many clinical remedies.Spinal cord stimulation as a neuromodulation therapy is now widely used in the treatment of various intractable pain,for the phantom pain is less reported in the domestic literatures.This paper reports one patient with phantom pain treated by temporary spinal cord stimulation,and summarizes the experiences according to the latest literatures review.
