西文古籍题名和责任者著录问题探究——以中国人民大学图书馆CADAL项目为例

摘　　要：西文古籍兼具学术研究价值和文物收藏价值。为更好地提供西文古籍服务,中国人民大学图书馆在参与CADAL资源共建共享并对2450册西文古籍进行数字化加工的过程中,发现题名、责任者等元数据著录存在一些问题。本文结合实际案例,梳理剖析了西文古籍元数据著录的难点问题,并在分析其成因的基础上,提出了解决问题的原则。As the carrier of cultural exchange between China and the West,ancient books in western languages boast precious academic research value and cultural relics collection value.In order to provide better services for the potential users of such books,Renmin University of China Libraries implemented a digitization project under the framework of CADAL resources co-construction and sharing.In this process,a series of problems on metadata description emerged.Combining actual cases,this paper sorts out and analyzes those problems and puts forward some principles for solution.
