摘 要:为提高丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷涂料的耐候性和配套性,以涂层失光率、粉化等级、色差以及层间附着力为研究对象,研究了紫外光助剂体系与用量、颜料体积浓度(PVC)、钛白粉用量对涂层耐候性的影响以及中间漆固化剂的结构与组分、涂装间隔对配套附着力的影响,确定了最佳紫外光助剂体系和用量、PVC范围、钛白粉用量、中间漆固化剂类型以及涂装间隔。结果表明:采用苯并三唑类紫外光吸收剂BTZ与碱性受阻胺光稳定剂A-HALS复配,且复配助剂用量为1.8%~2.4%,PVC≤0.18以及提高钛白粉用量可有效提高丙烯酸改性聚硅氧烷涂料的耐候性;中间漆固化剂采用不含小分子的腰果壳油改性胺或聚酰胺,涂料体系配套性优异;适当延长涂装间隔可提升涂层体系配套性。In order to improve the weather resistance and compatibility of acrylic modified polysiloxane coatings,the effect of the structure and dosage of UV additives,the volume concentration of pigment(PVC)and the amount of titanium dioxide on the weather resistance of the coating were studied by evaluating the loss rate of gloss,chromatic aberration and pulverization.And also the structure and composition of the curing agent as well as the coating interval on the compatibility of the coating system were discussed through the evaluation of interlayer adhesion strength.Then,the optimal structure and dosage as well as combination of UV auxiliaries,the optimum PVC,the most suitable dosage of titanium dioxide and the most appropriate curing agent of intermediate paint were determined.The results showed that the acrylic modified polysiloxane coatings had excellent weather resistance when BTZ and AHALS composite UV-auxiliary was used with the dosage of 1.8%-2.4%,the PVC was not more than 0.18 and the dosage of titanium dioxide was improved;the coating system had excellent compatibility when the curing agent of intermediate paint was cashew nut shell oil modified amine or polyamide without small molecules and the compatibility could be improved when the coating interval was properly extended.
