水性“湿碰湿”涂装工艺中涂/面漆层间相互作用的研究

摘  要:提出了2种水性中涂与1种水性亚光实色面漆的配方设计,通过接触角测试仪以及景深显微镜表征,研究了“湿碰湿”工艺(3C1B)与三涂两烘工艺(3C2B)中涂与面漆层间的相互作用,重点分析了不同中涂的表面能以及面漆在不同中涂上施工后的表面/断面形貌变化。结果表明:“湿碰湿”涂装过程中涂树脂的运动能力是影响中涂与面漆相互作用的主要因素。采用乳胶型树脂的中涂,由于乳胶树脂具有内交联的粒子结构,树脂链段运动能力弱,中涂与面漆之间能形成完整的漆膜界面,相对于采用分散体型的水性中涂具有更强的抗渗咬能力。“湿碰湿”涂装中,水性中涂的设计研发应着重降低中涂树脂运动能力。The formulations of two waterborne primers and one waterborne matte solid color topcoat were designed.The interaction between the different primers and topcoat paints by wet-on-wet spraying process(3C1B)and the three-coat-two-bake spraying process(3C2B)were studied by contact angle measuring device and depth of field microscope.The surface energy of different coatings and the surface/section morphologies of different coatings were analyzed.The results showed that the motion ability of the coating resins was the main factor affecting the interaction between the primers and topcoat paints in the process of weton-wet spraying process.Compared with the polyacrylate dispersion,when the polyacrylate emulsion was used as primer resin,because the emulsion particle had intramolecular crosslingking structure,which restricted the movement of segment,leading to a clear interface was formed between the primer and topcoat paints.This result showed that the molecular segmental mobility of primer resin was the major factor to affect the interaction between primers and topcoat paints,which was a key point when designing a primer for 3C1B.
