摘  要:针对某实际生产案例中门槛电泳流痕问题,分析了电泳方式、零件结构、烘房结构等影响要素。采用黑带六西格玛方法和思路,并结合试装验证、模拟仿真分析等方法确定零件增加沥水孔的方案为长期方案。最终对零件设计提出要求,避免狭小空腔结构可以有效预防电泳流痕缺陷,有效解决电泳流痕问题,避免打磨返修。所采用的分析和验证方法,可推广应用于生产中出现的类似质量问题的解决过程。Based on production cases,discussed the analysis and solution process of electrophoretic flow mark issues.Firstly,the influence factors such as electrophoresis process,part structure,oven machine and so on were explained for the rock panel electrophoretic flow mark issues.Then,the Black Belt Six-Sigma method and ideas were used for specific analysis,and combined with tryout verification,simulation analysis and other methods to determine the scheme of adding drainage holes to parts as a long-term solution.Finally,the requirements for the design of the parts were put forward,and avoiding the narrow cavity structure could effectively prevent the defects of electrophoretic flow marks,effectively solve the problem of electrophoretic flow marks,and avoid polishing and repairing.The analysis and verification methods adopted indicated important reference value for quality issues in production.
