居民情绪智力与抑郁、焦虑及压力的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的 本研究旨在调查湖南地区居民的情绪智力及抑郁、焦虑及压力现状,探讨情绪智力与抑郁、焦虑、压力的关系。方法 采用分层整群抽样方法在湖南5个地区抽取1 965名居民进行问卷调查,使用差异性检验、Pearson相关性分析及多元线性回归进行统计分析。结果 情绪智力得分为(119.93±20.66)分,抑郁分量表得分为(11.00±4.25)分,焦虑分量表得分为(11.26±4.17)分,压力分量表得分为(12.06±4.22)分,抑郁检出率为52.16%,焦虑检出率为80.00%;Pearson相关性分析结果表明情绪智力与压力、抑郁、焦虑呈负相关(均P<0.01),压力与抑郁、焦虑呈正相关(均P<0.01)。多元线性回归分析显示,性别、家庭平均年收入、压力、抑郁为居民情绪智力影响因素。结论 湖南地区居民的情绪智力水平受到多方面因素影响,情绪智力水平越高,抑郁、焦虑与压力水平越低。科普工作者应采取有针对性的干预措施,在居民中精准的开展情绪智力科普工作;有关部门应加快建立社会心理疏导机制,培养心理健康服务人才,健全心理服务体系,积极推进心理健康的科普工作。Objective To investigate the current status of emotional intelligence,depression,anxiety and stress among residents in Hunan,and to explore the relationship of emotional intelligence with depression,anxiety and stress.Methods A stratified cluster sampling method was used to select 1,965 residents from 5 regions in Hunan Province for a questionnaire survey.Difference test,Pearson correlation analysis and multiple linear regression were performed for statistical analysis.Results The scores of emotional intelligence,depression,anxiety and stress were(119.93±20.66),(11±4.25),(11.26±4.17)and(12.06±4.22),respectively.The detection rates of depression and anxiety were 52.16%and 80%,respectively.Pearson correlation analysis displayed that emotional intelligence was negatively correlated with stress,depression and anxiety(all P<0.01),while stress was positively correlated with depression and anxiety(all P<0.01).Multiple linear regression analysis revealed that gender,average annual household income,stress and depression were factors affecting emotional intelligence of Hunan residents.Conclusion The level of emotional intelligence in Hunan residents is affected by many factors.The higher the level of emotional intelligence,the lower the levels of depression,anxiety and stress.Science popularization workers should take targeted intervention measures to accurately carry out science popularization of emotional intelligence among residents.Relevant departments should speed up the establishment of social psychological counseling mechanism,train mental health service personnel,improve the psychological service system,and actively promote the popularization of mental health.
