摘　　要：针对异构偏好信息下的主客方协作式群体评价问题,提出一种新的基于两次协作过程的群体评价方法。首先,分别使用不确定语言和区间灰数对主客双方的意见进行描述,并给出各评价值的协作初始得分;其次,由协作初始得分计算主方信息“完备度”和客方信息“诚信度”,并运用相应的调节因子实现对双方各评价值的修正,完成双方的“第一次协作”;再次,运用灰关联聚类和TDWA算子分别对修正后评价信息的TOPSIS综合贴近度进行聚类和集结,完成双方的“第二次协作”并得出评价对象的综合评价得分;最后,以一个实际例子验证所提方法的有效性与可行性。对比分析结果表明,两次协作过程可有效增强双方评价信息交互的精度与深度,稳步实现异构偏好意见的双向交互与有机融合,从而提升评价结果的合理性和稳定性。Due to the increasingly complex decision-making environment,the resolution to some large-scale decision-making problems often requires group evaluation methods to improve the scientificity and decision-making quality.However,in previous relevant studies,most of them have not considered the participation of object side,and the expansion of applicable pattern is relatively insufficient.At the same time,most of the existing group evaluation methods based on subject-object collaboration have not considered the situation where both sides are willing to express their opinions by using heterogeneous preference information.Also,the interaction between the subject and object sides is relatively inadequate and the comprehensive correction effect of information is not obvious.Aiming at these problems,in this paper,a new collaborative group evaluation method is proposed based on heterogeneous preference information.After using uncertain language and interval grey number to express the evaluation opinion of each side respectively,the interaction and fusion of their opinions are realized through two collaborative processes.The goal of the“First Collaboration”between the subject and object is to correct the evaluation information.Firstly,the collaborative initial score of each evaluation value is given,and the principles of both sides are consistent.In detail,the calculations are realized based on the deviation degree of uncertain language and the relatively accurate integrated value of interval grey number respectively.Secondly,the“Completeness Degree”and“Trustworthy Degree”of corresponding information are calculated based on collaborative initial scores accordingly,and the adjustment factors are used to correct the corresponding evaluation information of both sides,so as to complete the first collaboration.Subsequently,the“Second Collaboration”between two sides is launched with the goal of evaluation information gathering.Firstly,based on the TOPSIS method,the corrected evaluation information of the subject an
