摘  要:立足“三全育人”目标开展学生管理工作不仅是立德树人根本教育任务实现的具体要求,更是丰富学生管理工作内涵和价值的有效方法。从当前高校学生管理工作来看,在具体实施过程中,存在管理理念滞后、管理特色缺位等问题,影响学生管理工作的效果。高校应与家庭、行业企业、社会协同并进,凝聚全员育人合力;整体规划,开辟全程育人路线;多措并举,构建全方位育人格局,营造“人人育人、时时育人、处处育人”的良好氛围。Carrying out student management work based on the goal of“three comprehensive education”is not only a specific requirement for achieving the fundamental educational task of moral education,but also an effective method to enrich the connotation and value of student management work.From the current student management work in universities,there are problems such as lagging management concepts and missing management characteristics in the specific implementation process,which affect the effectiveness of student management work.Universities should collaborate with families,industry enterprises,and society to gather the joint efforts of all staff in educating people by overall planning and opening up a full range of educational routes,and taking multiple measures simultaneously to build a comprehensive education pattern,and create a good atmosphere of“educating everyone,educating people at all times,and educating people everywhere”.
