摘  要:课程思政作为近年来高等教育重要组成之一,是实现培养高素质人才的需要。在教学过程中还存在一些困难和不足,如定位缺乏规划性、课程思政融入方式僵硬等。从构建多元化的教学模式、突出课程思政与专业课有机结合的教学理念、创建课程思政多种融入方式方法出发,在教学过程中,注重对学生立德树人观念的培养,突出思政元素特质,人才培养强化价值体验、多课堂协同育人模式,提高学生的整体职业素质。As one of the important components of higher education in recent years,curriculum ideological and political education is the need to cultivate high-quality talents.There are still some difficulties and shortcomings in the teaching process,such as the lack of planning in positioning and the rigid way of ideological and political integration in the course.It is necessary to start with constructing diversified teaching modes,highlighting the teaching concept of organically combining ideological and political courses with specialized courses,and creating various ways and means of integrating ideological and political courses in the teaching reform.As for specific teaching processes,attention should paid to the cultivation of students'concept of moral cultivation,highlight the characteristics of ideological and political elements,strengthen the value experience and multi-classroom collaborative education mode in talent training,and improve students'overall professional quality.
