摘  要:本试验旨在研究饲粮维生素B_(1)添加水平对产蛋期种鹅繁殖性能、血清生殖激素指标、肠道组织形态及盲肠菌群结构的影响。试验选用150只体况相近的34周龄五龙鹅种鹅,随机分为6组,每组5个重复,每个重复5只鹅(1公4母)。各组维生素B_(1)添加水平分别为0(对照组)、1、2、3、4、5 mg/kg。预试期1周,正试期10周。结果表明:1)各组之间种蛋合格率、种蛋受精率、种蛋孵化率差异不显著(P>0.05)。2)各组之间血清催乳素、促黄体生成素、雌二醇、睾酮含量差异不显著(P>0.05)。2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组血清孕酮含量显著高于对照组和1、3、4、5 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组(P<0.05),2、3 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组血清促卵泡素含量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。3)2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组空肠和回肠绒毛高度/隐窝深度显著高于对照组和5 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组(P<0.05)。4)2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组盲肠菌群的Invsimpson指数显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在科水平上,2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组的盲肠弯曲杆菌科(Campylobacteraceac)、纤维单胞菌科(Cellulomonadaceae)、甲基杆菌科(Methylobacteriaceae)相对丰度显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。在属水平上,2 mg/kg维生素B_(1)组的盲肠栖粪杆菌属(Faecalibacterium)相对丰度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。综上所述,饲粮中添加维生素B_(1)有利于提高产蛋期种鹅血清生殖激素含量,促进肠道组织发育,优化盲肠菌群结构。建议产蛋期种鹅饲粮维生素B_(1)添加水平为2 mg/kg。The purpose of this experiment was to study the effects of dietary vitamin B_(1) supplemental level on reproductive performance,serum reproductive hormone indices,intestinal tissue morphology and cecal flora structure of breeding geese during laying period.A total of 150 thirty-four-weeks-old Wulong breeding geese with similar body conditions were selected and randomly divided into 6 groups with 5 replicates in each group and 5 geese(1 male and 4 female)in each replicate.The vitamin B_(1) supplemental levels in 5 groups were 0(control group),1,2,3,4 and 5 mg/kg,respectively.The pre-experimental period lasted for 1 week,and the experimental period lasted for 10 weeks.The results showed as follows:1)there was no significant difference in the qualified rate of breeding eggs,fertilization rate of breeding eggs and hatchability rate of breeding eggs among all groups(P>0.05).2)There was no significant difference in the contents of prolactin,luteinizing hormone,estradiol and testosterone in serum among all groups(P>0.05).The serum progesterone content of 2 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group was significantly higher than that of control group and 1,3,4 and 5 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) groups(P<0.05),and the serum follicle-stimulating hormone content of 2 and 3 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).3)The jejunum and ileum villus height/crypt depth of 2 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group was significantly higher than that of control group and 5 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group(P<0.05).4)The cecal flora Invsimpson index of 2 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).At family level,the relative abundances of Campylobacteraceac,Cellulomonadaceae and Methylobacteriaceae in cecum of 2 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).At genus level,the relative abundance of Faecalibacterium in cecum of 2 mg/kg vitamin B_(1) group were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).To sum up,the addition of v
