摘　　要：目的 探讨大型传染病类方舱医院在短时大流量转运调度中的调度模式与优化实践。方法 总结复旦大学附属华山医院方舱医院管理团队基于灵活型调度模型,于上海临港方舱医院建立基于加强源头控流的中心联合调度体系、需求实时上报系统、任务单调度模式等的应急调度实践,并比较应急调度前后整体转运任务完成时间。结果 启动应急调度预案后的方舱转运人员平均转运完成时间明显缩短(P<0.001)。结论 根据实地道路规划选择适宜的调度模型,加之蓄车池-中心调度-道路指挥的联合调度模式对短时大流量的转运与调度有实际意义。同时,信息化标准化建设、专业调度力量的参与、以转运人员需求为导向的优化过程,能够有效提高调度效率,真正保证大型方舱医院人员转运安全,为大型方舱医院的高效运行提供基础保障。Objective To explore the scheduling mode and optimization practice of large shelter hospital for infectious diseases in short-term and large-volume transfer scheduling.Methods The emergency scheduling practice in Shanghai Lingang shelter hospital based on the flexible scheduling model was summarized,which was conducted by the management team of Huashan Hospital affiliated to Fudan University to establish the central joint scheduling system based strengthening source flow control,real-time demand reporting system and task list.The completion time of overall dispatching transfer before and after emergency dispatching was compared.Results The average transform time of shelter transfer personnel was significantly shortened after the emergency dispatching plan was started.Conclusion It is of practical significance to select the appropriate dispatching model according to the field road planning and the joint dispatching mode of vehicle storage pond-center dispatching-road command for the short-term large flow transfer and dispatching.Meanwhile,the informatization standardization construction,the participation of professional dispatching forces and the optimization process guided by the needs of transfer personnel can effectively improve the dispatching efficiency and truly ensure the safety of personnel transfer in large shelter hospitals.It provides basic guarantee for the efficient operation of large shelter hospital.
