摘 要:开关柜铜排因连接松动、接触不良等原因会产生故障电弧,易诱发电气火灾等安全事故。为研究铜排故障电弧特性,建立了铜排故障电弧的磁流体动力学数学模型,结合实际边界条件,耦合电磁场、流场和温度场,在多物理场仿真软件COMSOL中进行二维建模计算,研究不同电流、不同间距情况下铜排故障电弧的温度、空气流速等多参量的变化规律,为开关柜防弧结构及电弧检测方法的研究提供理论依据。Due to loose connections and poor contact between the copper bars of the switchgear,fault arcs can occur,which can easily lead to safety accidents such as electrical fires.In order to study the characteristics of copper bar fault arcs,a magnetohydrodynamic mathematical model of copper bar fault arcs was established.Combined with actual boundary conditions,coupled with electromagnetic fields,flow fields,and temperature fields,twodimensional modeling and calculation were conducted in the multi-physical field simulation software COMSOL.The variation rules of multi-parameters such as temperature,air flow rate,and so on for copper bar fault arcs with different current and spacing were studied.This provides a theoretical basis for the study of arc prevention structures and arc detection methods for switch cabinets.
