摘  要:为降低电力自动化测试设备对进口芯片的依存度,设计一种基于国产伏羲芯片的继电保护测试仪,采用多核心多子系统设计,简化硬件架构,同时使用国产紫光同创的FPGA,实现了继电保护测试仪主要核心芯片的国产自主可控。经测试表明,该测试仪实现了数字量SV、GOOSE通信能力和模拟量电压电流输出等多种测试功能,验证了伏羲芯片在电力行业产业化的应用前景。In order to reduce the dependence of power automation testing equipment on imported chips,a relay tester based on domestic Fuxi chips is designed,which uses multi-core and multi subsystem design to simplify the hardware architecture.At the same time,it uses domestic FPGA to realize an independent and controllable relay tester with the domestic core chips.The test results show that the tester has realized a variety of test functions,such as SV,GOOSE communication capability,and the output of analog voltage and current,etc.And it verified the application prospect of Fuxi chip in the power industry.
