国内外工作旺盛感的研究计量可视化与比较分析

摘　　要：为全面把握国内外工作旺盛感的研究热点及趋势变化。基于中国知网(2013—2022)与Web of Science(2005—2022)核心数据库相关文献,运用Citespace软件,通过对国内外该领域的学者发文量、核心作者合作、关键词共现、聚类、研究前沿及知识基础等方面进行比较分析。结果发现:在发文量上,2018年后国内外均呈上升趋势;在核心作者合作上,国内外形成小规模的团队,但联系较弱,应加强不同团队间跨域合作;在研究热点和前沿上,国内外具有趋同性,即国内外学者均持续关注旺盛感的前因与积极结果,而差异性在国内学者更关注多元领导风格的影响;在知识基础上,研究内容较为相似。未来国内学者可以从内容的多元化、情境的本土化、视角的层次化及方法的差异化四个方面继续深入探究。In order to fully grasp the research hotspot and the change in trend of Thriving at Work at home and abroad,based on the literature related to the core databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure(2013-2022)and Web of Science(2005-2022),Citespace software is used to compare and analyze the number of papers published by scholars in this field at home and abroad,core author cooperation,keyword co-occurrence,clustering,research frontiers and knowledge basis.The results show that:after 2018,the number of published articles both at home and abroad showed an increasing trend;In terms of core author cooperation,small teams are formed at home and abroad,but the connection is weak,so cross-domain cooperation between different teams should be strengthened.In terms of research hotspots and frontiers,domestic and foreign scholars are similar,that is,domestic and foreign scholars continue to pay attention to the anthems and positive results of thriving,while domestic scholars pay more attention to the influence of diverse leadership styles.On the basis of knowledge,the research contents are similar.In the future,domestic scholars can continue in-depth research from four aspects:the diversification of content,the localization of situation,the level of perspective and the differentiation of methods.
