摘 要:我国高速公路建设在进入“十四五”规划后,更加注重大型结构物在施工及运营过程中的安全,结合G85银昆高速公路友联红河特大桥19#主墩(主墩设计高度75 m)0#块施工为研究对象,通过0#施工中预埋混凝土温控元件与应力应变传感器,对比仿真模型分析计算结果,总结出西北地区高墩大跨连续刚构梁桥0#块裂纹裂缝产生的原因和机理,提出实时解决方案,为后期类似工程提供借鉴。After entering“the 14th Five-Year Plan”,Chinese highway construction pays more attention to the safety of large structures in the construction and operation process.Combined with the construction of block 0#of the 19#main pier(the design height of the main pier is 75 m)of G85 Yinkun Highway Youlian Honghe Bridge as the research object,through the embedded concrete temperature control element and stress and strain sensor in the construction of block 0#.By comparing the simulation model analysis and calculation results,the causes and mechanisms of cracks in the block 0#of high-pier and long-span continuous rigid frame girder bridges in Northwest China are summarized,and the real-time solutions are proposed,which can provide reference for similar projects in the later period.
