摘  要:冷低压分离器定期检验过程中,宏观检查和壁厚测定未见明显异常,超声检测发现2处超标埋藏缺陷并对缺陷尺寸参数予以确定。基于压力容器合于使用的原则,表征2处超标埋藏缺陷为埋藏裂纹,结合有限元分析方法进行应力分析,采用含缺陷压力容器常规评定方法对冷低压分离器进行合于使用评价。评价结果表明,2处超标缺陷的评定点处于失效评定图的安全区,评价通过。During the periodic inspection of the cold low pressure separator,no obvious abnormality was found in the macroscopic inspection and wall thickness measurement,and two superstandard buried defects were found in ultrasonic inspection and the size parameters of the flaws were determined.Based on the principle of fitness for service for pressure vessels,the two superstandard buried flaws were characterized as buried cracks.The stress analysis was carried out by the finite element analysis,and the fitness for service evaluation of cold low pressure separator was carried out by using the conventional evaluation method of pressure vessels with flaws.The evaluation results show that the evaluation points of the two superstandard flaws are in the safety zone of the failure evaluation chart,and the evaluation passes.
