摘　　要：本文基于层次分析法建立了我国大型游乐设施安全质量状况评价指标体系,通过行业专家对同级指标两两比较赋权和三级指标等级评价,对我国大型游乐设施安全质量状况和一、二级指标进行了评价。针对安全质量薄弱环节,提出了安全质量提升对策并探讨了推广应用方式。最后,提出了依靠国家质量基础来指引安全质量提升的对策,从标准、计量、检验检测、认证认可方面进行了详细阐述,为推动我国大型游乐设施行业高质量发展建言献计。In this paper,an evaluation index system for the safety quality of China’s large amusement facilities is established based on the analytic hierarchy process.Through the comparison and weighting to the same level indicators and the evaluation to the third level indicators by industry experts,the safety quality status of China’s large amusement facilities,first level and second level indicators is evaluated.In view of the weak links in the safety quality of large amusement facilities,this paper puts forward the countermeasures for improving the safety quality and discusses the promotion and application methods.Finally,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of relying on the National Quality Infrastructure(NQI)to guide and lead the improvement of safety quality,and expounds in detail from the aspects of standards,metrology,inspection and testing,certification and accreditation,so as to provide suggestions for promoting the high-quality development of large amusement facilities industry in China.
