水刺非织造布耐磨性的影响因素分析

摘  要:研究了水刺非织造布耐磨性,分析了水刺非织造布的面密度、纤维线密度、铺网方式和布面结构等因素对其耐磨性的影响。试验结果表明,面密度越大,布面结构越平整,耐磨性相对较好;纤维越细,耐磨性相对较差;交叉铺网的耐磨性比直铺网的耐磨性好;平纹和网孔的耐磨性优于提花的耐磨性。The wear resistance of spunlaced nonwovens was studied in this paper,and the effects of the surface areal density,the fiber fineness,the network laying mode and the fabric structure of spunlaced nonwovens were analyzed.The test results showed that the higher the areal density,the smoother the fabric structure,the better the wear resistance.The finer the fiber,the worse the wear resistance.The wear resistance of cross-laid mesh was better wear resistance than that of the straight-laid mesh.The wear resistance of plain and mesh is better than that of jacquard.
