摘 要:采用二乙烯三胺、亚磷酸、甲醛在硫酸催化下通过曼尼希反应合成了两种有机膦缓凝剂(HR-1和HR-2),并通过与聚羧酸减水剂(PCE)复配研究了其对水泥砂浆及混凝土性能的影响。结果表明:合成的有机膦缓凝剂均能有效延缓水泥水化,具有较好的缓凝性能,且HR-2的缓凝效果比HR-1更好;有机膦缓凝剂与PCE复掺,虽降低了PCE的初始分散性能,但提高了保坍性能;有机膦缓凝剂的加入能减小机制砂对PCE分散性能的影响,提高PCE对机制砂的适应性。Organic phosphorus retarders(HR-1 and HR-2)were synthesized by Mannish reaction of diethylenetriamine,phosphorous acid and formaldehyde under the catelysis of sulfuric acid.After compounded with polycarboxylate superplasticizer(PCE),the effects on the properties of cement mortar and concrete were studied.The results show that the synthesized organic phosphorus retarder can effectively delay cement hydration,and has good retarding performance,and the retarding effect of HR-2 is better than that of HR-1.The combination of organophosphine retarder and PCE reduces the initial dispersion performance of PCE,but improving the slump retention properties.The addition of organic phosphorus retarder can reduce the impact of manufactured sand on the dispersion performance of PCE,and improve the applicability of PCE to manufactured sand.
