摘 要:基于新建郑州至济南铁路郑州至濮阳段工程中的濮阳特大桥预应力混凝土连续梁桥用高性能混凝土的要求,配制了5种矿物掺合料混凝土,研究了单掺和复掺粉煤灰与矿粉对混凝土抗压强度、弹性模量、线膨胀系数和收缩率的影响,得出了最佳配合比,并建立了反映施工荷载的预应力混凝土连续梁桥有限元模型。结果表明:复掺15%粉煤灰与15%矿粉的混凝土各项性能相对最好;模拟预测和实际监测的竖向累计位移变化趋势大致相同,说明建立的有限元模型的精度较高,可为预应力混凝土连续梁桥的施工技术控制提供参考。Based on the requirements of high performance concrete for prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge in the Zhengzhou-Puyang section of newly-built Zhengzhou-Jinan Railway,five kinds of mineral admixture concrete were prepared,and the effects of single and compound mixed fly ash and mineral powder on the compressive strength,elastic modulus,linear expansion coefficient and shrinkage rate of concrete were studied,and the optimum mix proportion was obtained.The finite element model of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge reflecting the construction loads was established.The results show that the properties of concrete mixed with 15%fly ash and 15%mineral powder are relatively best.The variation trend of the vertical cumulative displacement predicted by the simulation and the actual monitoring is roughly the same,which indicates that the established finite element model has high accuracy and can provide a reference for the construction technology control of prestressed concrete continuous beam bridge.
