苗药血人参研究进展及质量标志物预测分析

摘　　要：对血人参化学成分、药理作用进行综述,同时对其中药质量标志物(Q-Marker)进行预测。通过对近几年有关苗药血人参化学成分及药理作用文献整理综述,并基于Q-Marker的概念,从药用植物亲缘学及化学成分相似性和特有性、传统功效、传统药性、化学成分可测性等方面进行预测分析。血人参主要化合物为黄酮类、苯丙素类,其中发现苯丙素类化合物五味子苷和黄酮类化合物可作为血人参乙酸乙酯层保肝活性的质量标志物,开发前景广阔,为血人参质量标准的制定及评价体系建立提供科学依据。To review the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Indigofera stachyodes,and to predict the quality Marker of Chinese medicine(Q-Marker).The literature on the chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Indigofera stachyodes in recent years was reviewed,and based on the concept of Q-Marker,the prediction analysis was carried out from the aspects of medical plant relatedness,chemical composition similarity and uniqueness,traditional efficacy,traditional medicinal properties,and chemical composition measurability.The main compounds of Indigofera Stachyodes were Flavonoids and Phenylpropanoid,among which the Phenylpropanoid compounds schisandrin and Flavonoids were found to be the quality markers of liver protective activity of Indigofera stachyodes ethyl acetate layer.The development prospect is broad.It provides scientific basis for the establishment of quality standard and evaluation system of blood Ginseng.
