抗宫外孕合剂联合西药治疗早期输卵管妊娠临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察中西医结合保守治疗早期输卵管妊娠疗效。方法:将84例输卵管妊娠患者随机分为对照组和试验组,对照组42例给予米非司酮片合注射用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)治疗,试验组42例在对照组药物基础上,服用抗宫外孕中药治疗,两组患者治疗后评价临床疗效,两组患者用药前和用药第7、第14天时比较血清人绒毛膜促性腺激素(血β-HCG)水平,比较血液β-HCG达到正常值所需时间。结果:对照组患者有效率为80.95%,试验组患者有效率为97.62%,两组患者有效率比较,差异有统计学意义。两组患者治疗前、治疗第7天血β-HCG值比较,差异无统计学意义。治疗第14天,对照组患者血液中β-HCG值高于试验组,两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义。对照组患者血β-HCG为(18.9±3.2)d降至正常值,试验组患者为(14.1±3.1)d,两组患者比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:中西医结合保守治疗早期输卵管妊娠疗效优于单纯西药,血液中β-HCG值下降更快,恢复时间更短。Objective:To observe the curative effect of traditional Chinese and western medicine combined conservative treatment of early tubal pregnancy.Methods:A total of 84 patients with tubal pregnancy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group.42 cases in control group were treated with mifepristone tablets combined with methotrexate for injection(MTX),and 42 cases in experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine against ectopic pregnancy on the basis of the control group.The levels of serum human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)and the time to reach normal values were compared between the two groups before treatment and 7 days,14 days after treatment.Results:The effective rate was 80.95% in the control group and 97.62% in the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant.There was no significant difference in blood p-HCG between the two groups before treatment and on the 7th day of treatment.On the 14th day of treatment,the bloodβ-HCG level of the control group was higher than that of the experimental group,and the difference was statistically significant.The control blood β-HCG was(18.9±3.2)days to normal,experimental group was(14.1±3.1)days,and the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:The efficacy of conservative treatment of early tubal pregnancy combined with traditional Chinese and western medicine is better than that of western medicine alone,furthermore,theβ-HCG in blood decreases faster and the recovery time is shorter.
