摘　　要：目的:探讨口腔恶性肿瘤患者临床用药的合理性,提高临床药师对疾病治疗学习的积极性。方法:通过学习口腔恶性肿瘤的临床诊断、化疗方案,结合药理学、专家共识和用药指南等循证医学资料,对病例患者进行个体化用药分析。结果:患者化疗后出现过敏反应,给予枸地氯雷他定片和葡萄糖酸钙注射液以抗过敏,给予中药汤剂进行辅助治疗。结论:临床药师应加强自身理论知识的学习,发挥自身药学所长,并结合临床理论知识,促进合理用药。Objective:To investigate the suitability of medication in a patient with oral malignant tumor,and to promote clinical pharmacists to establish the study of disease treatment.Methods:By studying the clinical diagnosis and chemotherapy regimens of oral malignant tumors,combined with evidence-based medical data such as pharmacology,expert consensus and medication guidelines,individualized medication analysis was carried out for case patients.Results:Allergic reactions occurred after chemotherapy,and desloratadine citrate tablets and calcium gluconate injection were given for anti-allergic treatment;on this basis,traditional Chinese medicine decoction was given for adjuvant therapy.Conclusion:Bed pharmacists should strengthen their own theoretical knowledge study,give full play to their own pharmacy expertise,and combine with clinical theoretical knowledge to promote rational drug use.
