摘　　要：探讨胃息肉从少阳论治,通过梳理少阳为枢的生理特征,结合胃息肉(GP)的临床症状,全面阐述了胃息肉(GP)的发生过程中少阳枢机不利导致的相关病理演变过程。治疗以和枢机、解郁结、行气机、畅三焦为原则,审证求因,根据气、血、水积聚的轻重,选用疏肝利胆、清利湿热、理气消痰、活血化瘀等治疗方法。To explore the treatment of gastric polyps from Shaoyang.If the axis of Shaoyang is unfavorable,the operation of body fluid will be blocked,the rise and fall of the Qi machine will be disordered,the operation channel of Qi,blood,and body fluid will be blocked,and the accumulation of dampness,turbidity,and phlegm will eventually lead to the formation of gastric polyps.The treatment is based on the principle of harmonizing the cardinal mechanism,relieving depression,promoting Qi and unblocking the Triple-Jiao,examining the evidence and seeking the cause,and selecting soothing the liver and gallbladder,clearing dampness and heat according to the severity of the accumulation of Qi,Blood,and water;Regulating Qi and eliminating phlegm,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
