匡继林教授运用补肾健脾化瘀法治疗胎漏经验

摘　　要：胎漏是妊娠期最常见的出血疾患之一,匡继林教授认为,脾肾不足、胎元不固为胎漏的常见病机,治当补肾健脾、止血安胎。匡教授临证以补肾为先,滋肾填精,固先天之本,兼顾调脾,健脾理气,补后天之本,对于胞宫有瘀血的患者则活血化瘀、止血安胎,并结合患者舌脉象进行药物加减,审证求因,灵活用药,同时注重调畅情志,宁心安胎。保胎过程中西结合,动态监测,常以寿胎丸合自拟止血方治疗,随症加减,疗效益佳,值得推广。Fetal leakage is one of the most common bleeding disorders during pregnancy.Professor Kuang believes that the common pathogenesis of fetal leakage is spleen and kidney deficiency,fetal Yuan is unstable.The treatment should tonify the kidney and spleen,stop bleeding and settle the fetus.In clinical practice,Professor Kuang takes tonifying the kidney as the first,nourish the kidney and replenish the essence,strengthen the root of congenital.strengthen the spleen and regulate qi,and replenish the acquired essence.Patients with blood stasis in the uterus need to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis,stop bleeding and pacify the fetus.Add or subtract drugs according to the patient's tongue and pulse conditions.At the same time,pay attention to regulating emotions and heart.In the process of fetal protection,integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,dynamic monitoring of the fetus.Professor Kuang often uses Shoutai Pill and self-made hemostatic formula to treat fetal leakage,Add or subtract drugs according to symptoms.The curative effect is good and worth popularizing.
