从“标本缓急”论治湿疹

摘　　要：湿疹属于中医学“湿疮”的范畴,是由多种内外因素引起的一种常见的急性或慢性皮肤炎症性疾病,根据病程和临床特点可分为急性、亚急性、慢性湿疹,在临床上表现为不同程度的炎症、瘙痒,对患者的健康与生活造成困扰。“标本缓急”即“急则治其标,缓则治其本”,是中医诊疗疾病的一个重要治则。将“标本缓急”理论运用于湿疹的治疗当中,在治法上,急性期湿疹以清热利湿、祛邪为主;亚急性期湿疹健脾祛湿、扶正祛邪兼施;慢性期湿疹治以养血润肤、扶正补虚;或针对患者症状,急性期时止痒、收湿,慢性期时滋阴、润燥,可有效提高临床疗效,稳定病情,减轻患者的痛苦,为临床治疗提供思路。Eczema belongs to the category of traditional Chinese medicine"Wet Sore",it is a kind of common acute or chronic inflammatory skin disease,which caused by a variety of internal and external factors.According to the course of the disease and clinical characteristics,eczema can be divided into acute eczema,subacute eczema,and chronic eczema,clinically characterized by different levels of inflammation,itching,damage to the patient's health and life."Biao Ben Huan Ji",which means it is urgent to address the symptoms and slow to address the root causes,is an important principle of TCM in the diagnosis and treatment of diseases.The theory of"Biao Ben Huan Ji"is applied to the treatment of eczema.In terms of treatment,the treatment of acute eczema mainly focuses on clearing heat and dampness and removing pathogens.Subacute eczema is treated with invigorating spleen,dispelling dampness and replenish vital qi and dispel evil spirits.Chronic eczema is treated with nourishing blood,nourishing skin,strengthening deficiency;Or for the symptoms of patients,the acute phase of relieving itching,dampness,chronic phase of nourishing Yin,moistening dryness,can effectively improve the clinical efficacy,stabilize the condition,reduce the pain of patients,for clinical treatment to provide ideas.
