王雨三“导龙入海”法诊疗下元亏虚危症之理论发微

摘　　要：探讨王雨三先师诊疗下元亏虚危症(如耳鸣、头顶凸起及肋间蕉叶煽动之危症)经验。体现其以脉测病,凭脉选方,遵古而不泥古,脉证理法方药一以贯之的诊疗特点。王师认为上述危症多因元海无根,肝肾亏极,龙雷之火上窜所致。法当导龙入海,治以温补下元法,方以附桂八味丸加减,以达医病活人、调和阴阳之效。To explore the experiences of Wang Yusan in the diagnosis and treatment of Xiayuan deficiency crisis(such as tinnitus,protuberance of the head and the crisis of intercostal banana leaf incitement).It reflects the diagnosis and treatment characteristics of measuring diseases by pulse,selecting prescriptions by pulse,following the ancient but not muddy,and pulse,syndrome,prescriptions and medicines are a whole system.He believes that the above-mentioned crises are mostly caused by the rootlessness of Yuanhai,the extreme deficiency of liver and kidney,and the fire of dragon thunder rushes up.The method should guide the Dragon into the sea,cure it with warming and tonifying the lower yuan method,and add and subtract it with Fugui Bawei pills,so as to achieve the effect of healing the sick and living,and harmonizing Yin and Yang.
