摘　　要：偏头痛是临床上常见的疾患,通常为单侧或双侧发作性搏动性疼痛,常伴有恶心、呕吐,少数患者头痛发作时伴有视觉、感觉和运动障碍等先兆。孙西庆教授认为湿热是导致偏头痛的主要病因,临床以清热燥湿为法治疗本病,收效甚佳。总结孙西庆教授治疗偏头痛经验,以期为治疗本病提供新思路。Migraine is a common headache in clinic.It is usually unilateral or bilateral paroxysmal throbbing pain,often accompanied by nausea and vomiting.A few patients have headache attacks accompanied by visual,sensory and motor disorders.Professor Sun Xiqing believes that damp-heat is the main cause of migraine,and clinical treatment of this disease by clearing heat and drying dampness has achieved good results.This article aims to summarize Professor Sun Xiqing's experience in treating migraine,so as to provide a new way of thinking for the treatment of this disease.
