《眼科奇书》从寒论治外障眼病的思想及临床运用

摘　　要：《眼科奇书》认为“外障是寒,内障是气”,以“论奇、方奇、量重、效奇”著称,应用大发散治疗外障眼病,书中方药验案并举,重视民间验方。通过研读此书,发现此书治疗外障眼疾擅用辛温发散、开郁为先之法,代表方有四味大发散、八味大发散等辛温峻剂并取得奇效,对《眼科奇书》应用大发散治疗外障眼病的思想及临床运用进行讨论。The Wonderful Book of Ophthalmology believes that the"external barrier is cold,and the internal barrier is Qi".It is famous for"discussing the strange,the strange,the weight,and the effect.It applies the four flavors and the eight flavors to treat the external barrier ophthalmopathy.It is famous for"discussing the strange,the strange,the weight,and the effect".The book pays attention to the folk prescription.Through studying this book,the author found that this book is good at using the method of"pungent and warm divergence"and"open depression first"in treating external eye diseases.The representative formulas include"four flavor great divergence","eight flavor great divergence"and other pungent and warm agents,which have achieved miraculous effects.This paper discusses the thought and clinical application of"ophthalmology strange book"in applying"great divergence"to treat external eye diseases.
