现代医家论治成人癫痫的中医用药规律研究

摘　　要：目的:探索现代医家治疗癫痫的组方用药规律,为临床治疗癫痫用药提供参考,为中药现代化提供依据。方法:以中国知网、万方数据知识服务平台、超星读秀知识库为数据来源,搜集整理近30年现代医家论治成人癫痫的医案及处方用药,规范数据后运用SPSS统计软件进行数据处理,选取频数分析、关联规则、聚类分析、因子分析等方案进行数据分析。结果:现代医家治疗成人癫痫的有效中药处方共统计93首,共计176味药,核心药物为甘草、半夏、茯苓、石菖蒲、天南星、全蝎、陈皮、僵蚕、白芍、钩藤。药物类别为平肝熄风药、补虚药、化痰药、安神药、清热药、活血化瘀药等。中药归经以肝为主,药性以寒为主,药味以甘、苦为主。对药物进行关联规则分析,挖掘药物处方配伍规律,共得到39对药对及角药,其中,高频药对为“半夏-陈皮”,高频角药为“半夏-陈皮-茯苓”。对核心药物进行聚类分析,形成5个聚类组合。通过因子分析,共得到11个因子。结论:现代医家论治癫痫多以祛痰开窍醒神、平肝熄风止痉、清热泻火解毒、活血化瘀通窍、补虚为配伍原则。多从风、痰论治,责之心肝。Objective:To explore the rule of prescription and medication of modern Chinese medicine in the treatment of epilepsy.Methods:using the data to collect and sort out the medical records and prescriptions of adult epilepsy in the past 30 years,and using SPSS statistical software to process the data after the data were standardized.Results:Through the analysis of 93 effective prescriptions,including 176 kinds of Chinese medicine,the core medicines are Licorice,Pinellia Ternata,Poria Cocos,Calamus,Arisaema,Scorpion,Dried tangerine peel,Stiff Silkworm,Peony,Rhynchophylla.Drugs for calming the liver and calming the wind,tonic drugs,expectorant cough and asthma drugs,mind-calming drugs,heat-clearing drugs,blood-activating and stasis-resolving drugs.The meridian tropism of traditional Chinese medicine is mainly composed of liver,cold,sweet and bitter.Through the analysis of the association rules of drugs,a total of 39 pairs of drug pairs and angle drugs were obtained.Through the cluster analysis of the core drugs,5 cluster combinations were formed.Through factor analysis,a total of 11 factors were obtained.Conclusion:Modern doctors treat epilepsy by expelling phlegm to awaken consciousness,calming the liver,calming the wind and stopping spasm,clearing heat,purging fire and detoxifying,promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis to remove orifices,tonifying deficiency as the principle of compatibility.More from the wind,phlegm treatment,the heart and liver.
