从3种医院制剂看平乐郭氏正骨治疗膝骨关节炎的用药规律

摘　　要：目的:分析平乐郭氏正骨治疗膝骨性关节炎的用药规律。方法:对3种医院制剂中使用的药材种类、用药频次、性味归经进行统计,分析平乐郭氏正骨治疗膝骨性关节炎的用药规律。结果:3种医院制剂中共使用34种中药材,其中用药频次较高的有红花、牛膝、当归、甘草、乳香、没药、血竭等;四气以温性药和平性药为主;五味以辛、苦、甘为主;药材归经以肝、肾为主。结论:平乐郭氏正骨治疗膝骨性关节炎以肝、肾、脾三个脏腑,虚损为本,治以活血化瘀、祛风止痛、养血柔肝、补益脾肾,为治疗膝骨性关节炎方药的筛选以及临床辨证用药提供参考。Objective:To analyze the medication rule of Pingle Guo's bonesetting in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:The kinds,frequency,taste and meridian of three kinds of medicinal materials used in hospital preparations were statistically analyzed,and the law of pingle Guo's bonesetting in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis was analyzed.Results:A total of 34 kinds of Chinese medicinal materials were used in 3 kinds of hospital preparations,among which safflower,achyranthes bidentata,Angelica,licorice,frankincense,myrrh and sanguinae were used frequently.The four gases are mainly warm and peaceful drugs;The five tastes are mainly spicy,bitter and sweet.The meridian of medicinal materials is mainly liver and kidney.Conclusion:Pingle Guo's bone-setting therapy for knee osteoarthritis is based on the deficiency of liver,kidney and spleen,and it can promote blood circulation to remove stasis,dispel wind and relieve pain,nourish blood to soften liver and tonify spleen and kidney,providing reference for the selection of prescriptions and clinical dialectical drug use for KOA.
