摘　　要：脊髓损伤是现代医学领域尚未攻破的难题之一,通过对《黄帝内经》中“治痿独取阳明”理论的丰富内容进行梳理总结,从病因病机等方面阐述脊髓损伤与痿证的关系。进而运用该理论辨证指导脊髓损伤的治疗,以“取阳明”为治疗脊髓损伤的基本法则,为脊髓损伤治疗及预后提供临床指导。Spinal cord injury is one of the unsolved problems in the field of modern medicine.Through sorting out and summarizing the rich contents of the theory of"treating for flaccid syndrome aiming at Yangming meridian"in the Inner Canon of the Yellozw Emperor the relationship between spinal cord injury and flaccid syndrome is expounded from the aspects of etiology and pathogenesis.Then,the theory is applied to guide the treatment of spinal cord injury dialectically.The basic principle of treating spinal cord injury is"taking Yang Ming",which provides clinical guidance for the treatment and prognosis of spinal cord injury.
