从《黄帝内经太素》“神不至于皮肤之中”论治糖尿病周围神经病变麻木

摘　　要：麻木作为糖尿病周围神经病变的典型症状,临床表现多样。基于《黄帝内经太素》的“神不至于皮肤之中”理论提出“神不至肤”是糖尿病周围神经病变麻木的根本病机,针对神亏不用、神散无力及神道涩滞,分别施予补气养血涵神养肤、调理脏腑助神布达、涤痰祛瘀调畅神道之法,使神畅流至皮肤之中,肌表得气血神之濡养灌溉,从而促进神经组织恢复,改善神经传导功能,麻木可渐趋改善。Numbness,a typical symptom of diabetic peripheral neuropathy,has various clinical manifestations.We consider that"failure of nourishment of the spirit on the skin"is the fundamental pathogenesis of diabetic peripheral neuropathy numbness based on the theory put forward in the book of Grand Simplicity of the Yellow Emperor's Inner Classic.In clinic,the physicians usually apply the methods of supplementing qi and blood,nourishing the spirit and the skin of patients with deficiency of the spirit,regulating the viscera to promote the distribution of the spirit to those with weakness of the spirit distribution,and clearing phlegm,removing blood stasis and regulating the spirit to those with blockage of the spirit channels so that the spirit could flow freely into the skin,and the skin could be nourished and moistened by qi,blood and the spirit for the muscle and skin,thereby gradually relieving the numbness by promoting the recovery of nerve tissue and improving the function of nerve conduction.
