摘　　要：“体病相关”是中医体质学说的重要内容,抑郁障碍与失眠具有高度共病性,通过体质与疾病发生发展的关系,分析抑郁障碍共病失眠的易患体质,探讨针灸对偏颇体质的调理应用。抑郁障碍与失眠的相关体质具有一致性,以气郁质、阳虚质、气虚质为主。针灸对体质有调整作用,在体病相关理论指导下,辨识和改善体质成为中医防治抑郁障碍共病失眠的重要途径。"Body disease correlation"is an important content of Traditional Chinese Medicine constitution theory,depression and insomnia have high comorbidity,through the relationship between constitution and the disease occurrence and development,the analysis of depression disorder comorbidity insomnia prone constitution,to explore the application of acupuncture and moxibustion conditioning biased constitution.The related constitutions of depressive disorder and insomnia were consistent,mainly with Qi stagnation,Yang deficiency and Qi deficiency.Acupuncture and moxibustion has an adjustment effect on body constitution.Under the guidance of theories ralated to body disease,identification and improvement of body constitution have become an important way of TCM prevention and treatment of insomnia with depression disorder.
