摘　　要：当代社会,老年人口比例呈现不断上升的趋势,老龄化问题日益严峻,因此,如何有效延缓衰老不仅成为了世界医学研究的热点,也成为了全球亟待解决的问题。中医药在延缓衰老领域有着独特的理论和丰富的实践经验,探讨传统医学理论及方药结合现代分子机制延缓细胞衰老的研究进展,有助于对衰老过程的理解,防治衰老相关疾病。通过整理近年来国内外中医药抗细胞衰老作用机制的若干文献,对补气、补脾、滋阴、补肾、活血类中药通过减轻氧化应激损伤及调节免疫功能以延缓细胞衰老的机制进行分析、归纳与总结,以期为该领域未来深层次的研究提供新的见解。In contemporary society,the proportion of the elderly population is on the rise,and the aging problem is becoming increasingly serious.Therefore,how to delay aging effectively has not only become a hot spot in the world's medical research,but also become a global problem to be solved urgently.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique theories and rich practical experience in the field of delaying aging.To explore the research progress of traditional medical theories and formulas combined with modern molecular mechanisms to delay cell aging will be helpful to understand the aging process and prevent and cure aging related diseases.The author collected cell aging resistant mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine at home and abroad in recent years a number of literatures,the tonifying Qi,tonifying spleen,nourish Yin and kidney,invigorate the circulation of Chinese traditional medicine by reducing oxidative stress injury and adjust the immune function in the mechanism of cellular senescence was summarized,analyzed and summarized,in the hope to provide new insight into the future of the deep research in the field.
