摘 要:为开发高性能、低成本灭火防护服用隔热毡,选取了预氧丝、聚苯硫醚(PPS)纤维和阻燃腈纶,使用水刺工艺制备了多组分隔热毡,并对其阻燃性、隔热性、热稳定性等进行了测试。结果表明:当预氧丝、PPS纤维和阻燃腈纶的质量分数比(混纺比)为35∶60∶5时,多组分隔热毡的阻燃性能最佳,纵向损毁长度仅为23 mm,小于市售芳纶隔热毡的72 mm;随着预氧丝质量分数的增加,多组分隔热毡的透气性增大,透气率最大可达到2 409 mm/s;多组分隔热毡的导热系数为0.047~0.056 W/(m·K),与市售芳纶隔热毡相似;多组分隔热毡的隔热性能较优;经热稳定性试验后,当混纺比为35∶60∶5时,多组分隔热毡的纵向热收缩率仅为2.8%。In order to develop an insulation felt of firefighting clothing with high performance and low cost,preoxidized fibers,polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)fibers and flame-retardant acrylic fibers were selected to prepare a multi-component insulation felt by a spunlace process.Flame retardancy,thermal insulation,thermal stability and so on were tested.The results showed that when the mass fraction of preoxidized fibers,PPS fibers and flame retardant acrylic fibers(the blend ratio)was 35∶60∶5,the flame-retardant performance of the insulation felt was the best and the longitudinal damage length was only 23 mm,which was shorter than that of the commercial aramid felt(72 mm).With the increase of the content of preoxidized fibers,the air permeability of the multi-component insulation felt increased,and the maximum air permeability could reach 2409 mm/s.The thermal conductivity of the multi-component insulation felt was 0.047-0.056 W/(m·K),which was similar to that of the commercial aramid felt.The multi-component insulation felt had good insulation performance.After the thermal stability test,when the mass fraction blend ratio was 35∶60∶5,the longitudinal dimension shrinkage rate was only 2.8%.
