摘  要:对管式牵伸聚酯纺黏非织造布生产线中各设备的能耗情况进行统计分析,指出空压机的能耗是生产线中能耗占比最大的设备。同时针对管式牵伸技术的特点,提出了相应的节能方法。合理设计纺程并适当增加纤维的比表面积,可获得有效的节能效果。This text is statistically and analyzing t The energy consumption of each equipment in the tubular drafting polyester spunbond nonwoven production line was analyzed,and it was pointed out that the air compressor was the largest equipment in the energy consumption of the production line.At the same time,according to the characteristics of tubular drafting technology,the corresponding energy saving methods were proposed.By designing a reasonable spinning process and increasing the specific surface area of the fiber appropriately,it will play an effective energy saving effect.
