进口中间品技术水平与地区劳动力市场就业:事实与机制

摘　　要：“扩大进口”和“充分就业”通常被认为是两难选择,如何协调二者之间的关系成为学术界关注重点。本文尝试探究不同层次技术水平的进口中间品对劳动力市场就业的影响,从理论上证明存在“非线性空间效应”,并进一步通过中国微观企业和中观城市数据研究发现,总体上中国劳动力市场形成了城市群集聚现象,城市进口中间品技术水平对劳动力市场就业存在“先抑后扬”的直接效应和“一荣俱荣,一损俱损”的空间溢出效应。机制分析表明,技术创新表现出自主创新规模的“技术红利”效应、技术吸收能力表现出“人才红利”效应,两者与进口中间品技术水平的正向协同作用显著。拓展分析表明,城市群内产业关联、有效竞争和集聚效应是影响差异化的主要原因。“Expanding imports”and“full employment”are considered to be a dilemma,and how to balance has become the focus of academic circles.This paper emphasizes the effect of the spatial differences in regional labor markets employment(RLME)from the technical level of imported intermediate goods(TLIG)and“Nonlinear spatial effect”is proved in theory.Based on the spatial panel data of micro-enterprise and city-level data in China,the results find that China’s labor market is gathering to shape urban agglomeration phenomenon year by year.So we investigated the direct and indirect effects of TLIG on RLME,the U-shaped relationship direct effect and spatial spillover effect was confirmed.The mechanism analysis results show that the technological dividend reflected by the scale of independent innovation and the talent dividend reflected by technology absorptive capacity make the promoting effect of TLIG on RLME stronger in both local region and its spatially-correlated regions.The extension analysis find that industrial correlation,regional competition and agglomeration effect are the main reasons for the difference of China’s urban agglomeration.
