完善苍术药材及其饮片质量标准的探讨

摘　　要：目的:通过比较茅苍术、北苍术、朝鲜苍术及关苍术性状、显微鉴别、挥发油含量的差异,为苍术药材及饮片的鉴定、质量标准修订提供参考。方法:分别采用体式显微镜与光学显微镜,对27批次茅苍术、北苍术、朝鲜苍术及关苍术药材及饮片的性状和显微进行研究,采用挥发油测定法测定挥发油含量。结果:苍术栽培品较野生品的性状发生一定变异。建议修订完善《中国药典》苍术现行质量标准:在茅苍术药材性状项下增加“疙瘩块状”,断面描述增加“淡红棕色至红棕色”;苍术饮片性状中断面描述增加“较平坦”及“淡红棕色至红棕色”;苍术药材及饮片项下增加挥发油含量测定项目。结论:苍术质量标准的完善将为保证苍术药品质量可控、促进苍术产业健康发展起到积极作用。OBJECTIVE By comparing the differences in characteristics,microscopic identification and volatile oil content of Atractylodes lancea,A.chinensis,A.coreanae Rhizoma and A.japonica Rhizoma,it provides reference for the identification and the revision of quality standards of Atractylodis Rhizoma and decoction pieces.METHODS The macroscopic and microscopic identification of atractylodes were carried out by means of stereo microscope,optical microscope and digital imaging technology.The content of volatile oil in different species of atractylodes was studied by volatile oil determination in Chinese pharmacopoeia.RESULTS The characters of cultivated Atractylodes were different from those of wild species.It is suggested that"Knotty-lumpy"and"Pale Reddish Brown to Reddish Brown"should be added to the character description of Atractylodes Lancea in Chinese Pharmacopoeia.The cross-sectional description of the characters added"Relatively even"and"Pale Reddish Brown to Reddish Brown".In addition,the assay of volatile oil should be added.CONCLUSION The improvement of Atractylodes quality standard will play a positive role in ensuring the controllable quality of Atractylodes drugs and promoting the healthy development of Atractylodes industry.
