摘　　要：目的:基于循证证据建立围手术期质子泵抑制剂(proton pump inhibitors,PPIs)预防性应用的精细化评价指标,为临床应用提供参考。方法:将临床存在的围手术期PPIs常见的指导原则或共识未明确推荐的适宜性问题进行转化,制定检索策略,筛选文献,文献质量评价,选择最佳的临床证据进行解读并评价。结果:从预防应用指征、遴选药品、用药时机及给药途径、剂量频次和疗程方面,制定围手术期PPIs预防性应用的精细化评价指标。结论:对于围手术期PPIs预防性应用中常见的的适宜性问题,利用循证医学证据进行判断并建立评价指标,减少患者可能存在的安全风险,促进用药的精细化管理。OBJECTIVE Based on evidence-based evidence,a refined evaluation index for the preventive use of proton pump inhibitors(PPIs)during perioperative period was established to provide reference for clinical application.METHODS To turn the clinical common and guiding principles or consensus not explicitly recommended suitability problems of perioperative PPIs,retrieval strategy.Literatures were screened and quality evaluated to choose the best clinical evidence to interpret and evaluate.RESULTS From the aspects of indication of preventive application,selection of drugs,timing and route of medication,dose and frequency and course of treatment,evidence-based precise index was established for prophylactic use of PPIs during perioperative period.CONCLUSION For the clinical common and to turn the clinical common suitability problems of perioperative PPIs,evidence-based medicine was used to judge and establish index,reduce the possible safe risks of patients and promote the precise management of medication.
