摘  要:植物Lys M型类受体激酶基因家族(lysin motif receptor-like kinase,LYKs)在植物自身免疫防御系统及与病原微生物协同进化中的重要作用已被证实,目前已成为研究植物基因功能的热点。本研究以生物信息学方法在猕猴桃全基因组范围内鉴定并命名Ac LysM基因家族成员,分析其家族成员染色体定位、蛋白基序、结构域和亚细胞定位,以及AcLysM基因家族成员的蛋白理化性质。共获得40个AcLysM基因家族成员,其蛋白分子量范围为10~126 kD、等电点在4.43~9.42之间,平均亲水系数介于-0.603~0.484。AcLysM基因家族成员分为三个亚类,亲缘关系较近的家族成员往往具有相同的motif和domain,甚至多个基序和结构域的排序都是相似的,推测该亚族成员在猕猴桃进化过程中执行相似的功能,在响应猕猴桃病菌侵染的过程中发挥重要的激发、传导和调控作用。本研究分析了猕猴桃LysM型类受体激酶基因家族,为后续深入研究LysM基因家族成员在猕猴桃抵御病虫害中的作用提供理论依据。Plant lysin motif receptor-like kinase(LYKs)plays an important role in plant autoimmune defense system and co-evolution with pathogenic microorganisms.It has been confirmed that it has become a hot spot in the study of plant gene function.In this study,the conserved protein sequence of LysM(PF01476)was used as the reference group,and the AcLysM gene family members were identified and named in the whole kiwifruit genome with the help of bioinformatics,and the chromosomal location,protein motifs,conserved domains,subcellular localization and physicochemical properties of the family members were analyzed.A total of 40 AcLysM members were harvested.The gene family members molecular weight ranged from 10~126 kD,isoelectric point was between 4.43~9.42,and the average hydrophilic coefficient was between-0.603~0.484.All AcLysM members were divided into 3 subgroups.The members with close relationships often have the same motif and domain,and even the ordering of multiple motifs and domains are similar.It was speculated that they might have the same or similar functions and plays an important role in stimulating,conducting and regulating in response to the infection of ki-AcLyswifruit bacteria.This study analyzed the LYKs of kiwifruit,which can lay the foundation for the in-depth study of the role of LysM gene family members in kiwifruit's resistance to diseases and insect pests.
