摘 要:异戊烯基黄酮(Prenylated flavonoid)有多种生理活性,可作为医疗药物、保健品、植物抗生素、食品添加剂,广泛应用于医疗保健、农业、食品等领域。本研究基于异戊烯基黄酮的化学分类和生物活性,黄酮异戊烯基转移酶(Flavonoid prenyltransferase)的来源和功能特点,异戊烯基黄酮的生物合成方法和优化方面进行阐述,并对异戊烯基黄酮生物合成的应用前景进行展望,为异戊烯基黄酮的相关研究提供参考。Prenylated flavonoids have a variety of physiological activities,which can be used as medical drugs,health products,plant antibiotics,and food additives in medical care,agriculture,food and other fields.This review mainly focuses on the biosynthesis of prenylated flavonoids and their classifications and biological activities,as well as the sources and catalytic characteristics of flavonoid prenyltransferases.It also prospects the application of prenylated flavonoids biosynthesis to provide reference for associated research of prenylated flavonoids.
